Obverse description Central crowned coat of arms featuring a double-headed eagle displayed within a shield, surmounted by a royal crown with mantling or swathes extending behind the shield. The escutcheon is charged with 21 heraldic objects arranged across its quarters, representing the constituent regions of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. The design is executed in high relief with fine engraving by Adolf Hofmann.

Reverse description Large bold numeral '25' occupies the central field, flanked on either side by the denomination inscriptions 'ПАРА' in Cyrillic and 'PARA' in Latin script. A date '1920' appears in the lower portion of the field below the numeral. At the top, a double cornucopia (horns of plenty) flank a central caduceus, forming a decorative device symbolising prosperity. The overall composition is clean and well-balanced, with lettering arranged symmetrically on both sides of the central value.
