| Obverse description | Red letterpress print on white watermarked paper. A rectangular border frames the design, with the denomination numeral '25' in each corner; the serial number appears in the upper portion of the frame and the value in words runs along the side panels. To the left within the frame stands the Greenlandic coat of arms with ornamental flourishes above and below, mirrored on the right by the Danish coat of arms with similar decoration.
