| Obverse description | The Maltese coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a quartered shield supported by two armoured Hospitaller knights standing as heraldic guardians, each bearing a sword; above the shield rises a mural crown with battlements and elaborate foliate mantling. A scroll below the supporters bears the motto FIDUCIA FORTIS with the founding date 1968.
