Obverse description Right-facing draped bust of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a tiara, after the Arnold Machin effigy. The legend CAYMAN ISLANDS arcs along the left periphery and ELIZABETH II along the right periphery. The date 1978 appears in the lower exergue, flanked by two raised dots.
