Obverse description The obverse features a central medallion styled as a championship boxing belt buckle, within which appears the unadorned right-facing effigy of King Charles III set against a black enamelled field. Flanking the central medallion on either side are raised five-pointed stars integrated into the belt design. In the lower portion of the coin, a highly detailed high-relief sculpted figure of Mike Tyson is depicted with arms raised triumphantly, wearing coloured red boxing gloves and a championship belt around his waist, surrounded by a silhouetted crowd in the background. The circumferential legend around the central medallion reads: 25 DOLLARS · CHARLES III · 2023 · COOK ISLANDS ·.

Reverse description The reverse presents a dynamic high-relief sculpted figure of Mike Tyson in a fighting stance within a boxing ring, rendered in antique silver finish with selectively applied colour: red boxing gloves, dark shorts, and a fallen championship belt at his feet rendered in contrasting tones. The black enamelled background features horizontal ropes of the boxing ring receding in perspective. To the upper right of the figure, a facsimile of Tyson's autograph appears in the field, with the legend IRON MIKE TYSON inscribed to its right in capital Latin letters.
