| Obverse description | Uncrowned right-facing effigy of King Charles III after the portrait by Jody Clark, rendered in high relief against a plain field. The king is depicted in mature likeness with natural hair, wearing civilian dress. The engraver's initials 'JC' appear incuse beneath the portrait truncation. The circular legend reads 'CHARLES III · NIUE · 25 DOLLARS' divided by raised bullet stops, with the date '2024' flanked by bullets along the lower arc. A fine beaded border runs along the coin's periphery. |

Niue has long operated as a licensing vehicle for the New Zealand Mint, issuing bullion and collector pieces under its sovereignty while retaining virtually no domestic circulation for any of them. This Hulk release is part of a Marvel series produced under licensing agreements between the New Zealand Mint and Marvel Entertainment — commercial numismatic product targeting the collector market rather than anything approaching monetary use.
The KM#7071 reference places it squarely in the modern Niue collector series, a catalog that now runs to thousands of entries.
