| Obverse description | The upper field bears the crowned Public Seal of Niue, depicted as a circular emblem surrounded by a decorative wreath and surmounted by a royal crown. A scroll beneath the seal carries the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The lower portion of the field features a dynamic composition of tropical foliage — including stylised monstera and rounded leaves — rendered in high relief against a textured background suggesting natural stone or bark.
