| Obverse description | Central field features the crowned royal cipher of King Willem I, composed of an interlaced cursive 'W' monogram rendered in an elegant calligraphic style. A detailed royal crown surmounts the cipher, with pearls, arches, and ornamental detail finely executed in relief. The four-digit date is split across the lower field, flanking the monogram with '18' to the left and the final two digits to the right. The design is set within a plain field bordered by a fine inner dentilated rim. |
