Reverse description The armorial bearings of Sandy's Parish displayed on a heraldic shield surmounted by a crowned helm and a griffin passant as crest, with foliate mantling to either side and tasselled supports below. The denomination TWENTY-FIVE CENTS arcs across the upper field, while the date 1984 appears in the exergue. The entire composition is struck in high relief against a mirror-polished proof field, with a beaded border encircling the rim.
