| Reverse description | Central design features the iconic bust of a woodland caribou facing left, rendered in high relief with finely detailed antlers extending prominently into the upper field, based on Emanuel Hahn's classic design first introduced on the Canadian 25-cent piece in 1937. The denomination 25 CENTS appears in a cartouche at the upper centre of the field, flanked by stars. The legend CANADA arcs along the left rim and the date 2024 along the right rim, both in raised Latin capitals. The Winnipeg mint mark W and the engraver's initial H appear discreetly in the lower field. The entire design is framed by a beaded inner border and a reeded outer rim. |
