Obverse description The obverse features the municipal coat of arms of Lora del Río, centrally positioned within the field, depicting a crowned shield bearing the ancient Roman place-name AXATI above a crowned thistle or palm motif, flanked by two crossed arrows or winged banners. A circular legend reading LORA DEL RIO surrounds the upper portion of the design, while the inscription AYUNTAMIENTO DE LORA DEL RIO appears on a ribbon encircling the shield. Five small six-pointed stars are evenly distributed in the lower field. The entire design is bordered by a finely milled or rope-pattern rim.
