| Obverse description | Brown and olive note centered on the quartered coat of arms of the Spanish Republic, flanked by the Pillars of Hercules bearing the motto PLUS ULTRA on scrolled banderoles, all set against a diamond-shaped olive underprint. A circular vignette bearing the numeral '25' appears at upper left, while a pink rosette control stamp inscribed 'Cts' occupies the upper right.
