| Obverse description | Black letterpress print on light blue-grey thick cardboard. The municipal coat of arms of Capellades occupies the upper central field, rendered as a heraldic shield divided into quarters with vertical stripes and a tower vignette to the left and a dragon figure to the right, enclosed within an oval frame surmounted by a triangular banner bearing the inscription AJUNTAMENT DE CAPELLADES.
