| Obverse description | Dark letterpress vignette note with a decorative border of scrollwork and foliate ornaments. At the upper centre, a classical profile portrait medallion is flanked by the denomination '0,25' in circular cartouches at each corner. The large bold inscription '25 CENTIMES' appears in a dark panel across the centre, with the issuing authority text, municipal deliberation details, and validation notice arranged in smaller type above and below; two manuscript signatures appear in the lower portion beneath the titles of the Mayors of Roubaix and Tourcoing. |
