| Obverse description | Central device depicts a naturalistic tobacco plant with broad leaves and a flowering blossom, rendered in fine relief within a beaded inner circle. The date 1941 is inscribed in the lower portion of the inner circle, flanking the plant's stem, with the engraver's initials I and K positioned to either side of the blossom. A small stylised flower ornament appears at the base of the inner circle. The circular legend NEZ · DRŽ · HRVATSKA runs along the outer rim in bold upright Latin lettering, denoting the Independent State of Croatia. |
