Reverse description Central field displays a complex heraldic composition featuring the double-headed Imperial eagle as the central escutcheon, surmounted by an Imperial crown. Surrounding the central eagle are multiple subsidiary shields of Maximilian's dominions, including the arms of Austria, Burgundy, Styria, Tyrol, and other Habsburg territories, arranged symmetrically and separated by decorative mantling. The entire composition is enclosed within a beaded inner border, with the date 1517 divided within the surrounding Latin legend.
