MAJESTÄT DES KÖNIGS VON DÄNEMARK, HERZOGS VON SCHLESWIG, HOLSTEIN UND LAUENBURG &c. &c.' and referencing the Schleswig-Holstein treasury notes of 1848 and 1850. The issuing authority 'Die oberste Civilbehörde für Holstein.' and place-date 'Kiel, den 17. Juli 1851.' are printed below the text block, with four manuscript signatures and a circular official stamp affixed.
