Obverse description Black intaglio text on a red guilloche underprint. The denomination value 'f 2.50' appears in a decorative cartouche at upper centre, flanked by the serial number at upper right and '2½' numerals in ornamental corner rosettes. The bank title 'CURAÇAOSCHE BANK' is rendered in large Gothic lettering across the centre, with the written denomination 'Twee Gulden Vijftig Centen' below, followed by the payability clause and the date 1920 at foot.

Reverse description Intricate engine-turned guilloche pattern in red and yellow-green, composed of a large central rosette medallion flanked by two smaller floral rosettes, all set within concentric lathe-work geometric designs that fill the entire field.
