Reverse description A prominent six-pointed star (Seal of Solomon) in relief dominates the design, with Arabic inscriptions occupying each of the six triangular points of the star. At the center of the star sits a circular medallion containing multi-line Arabic legends and the Hijri date 1321, all rendered in bold relief. An outer circular border frames the entire composition, with additional Arabic text arranged around the periphery of the field. The overall design reflects the Western-influenced minting technique applied to traditional Moroccan decorative motifs at the Paris Mint.
