| Reverse description | The reverse of this oval proof coin is divided into a mirror-polished field presenting two central motifs: a White Star Line boarding pass for the RMS Titanic, overlaid with a ship's compass, occupying the left-center of the field; and a ship's bell inscribed TITANIC and 1912 positioned to the right. The dual dates 1912 and 2012 are engraved in large numerals to the left of the central design. The upper rim carries the curved legend 100 YEARS SINCE THE TITANIC DISASTER, while the lower rim bears the Czech-language inscription 100 LET OD ZKÁZY TITANIKU, commemorating the centenary of the sinking. |
