Obverse description Vignette at left with a traditional Chinese city gate tower set within a courtyard scene, rendered in fine intaglio engraving. The note carries a dense guilloche underprint across the field, with the large denomination numeral characters 貳仟圓 displayed centrally in bold letterpress. Two red seal stamps appear at the lower right, alongside the date inscription referencing the 36th year of the Republic of China.
