| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of Uganda occupies the central field, depicting a traditional shield supported by a Uganda kob (Kobus kob) rampant to the left and a grey crowned crane (Balearica regulorum) to the right, with a scroll below bearing the national motto in the exergue.
