| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of Uganda occupies the central field, featuring a shield supported by a kob antelope on the left and a crested crane on the right, with a drum and traditional weapons at the base and the motto scroll below. The date 2006 is divided across the field on either side of the arms, with '20' to the left and '06' to the right.
