| Obverse description | Square flan struck in milled relief, oriented as a rotated square (lozenge presentation). At center, a full-length standing figure of Liberty or a national allegorical figure is depicted atop a pedestal, with one arm raised aloft holding a staff or torch, rendered in high relief with fine sculptural detail. The denomination '$2.000' appears in the lower left field.
