Obverse description The obverse features the three heraldic animals of the Czech coat of arms — the Bohemian double-tailed lion at centre, flanked by the Moravian eagle to the left and the Silesian eagle to the right — rendered in high relief against a mirror field overlaid with a dynamic diagonal grid pattern evoking architectural structure. The figures are depicted in a stylised, interlocking composition that references ten centuries of Czech architecture. The circular legend reads 'DESET STOLETÍ ARCHITEKTURY' along the upper periphery and 'ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA' along the lower, with the denomination '2000 KČ' inscribed in the lower field. The engraver's initials appear at lower right.
