| Obverse description | Against a deeply contrasted, blackened field evoking a star-filled cosmos, a large serpent is depicted in sinuous coils occupying the majority of the design area, its finely detailed scales rendered with exceptional relief. The body of the snake forms sweeping, overlapping loops suggestive of celestial spiral galaxies, with radiating engraved line patterns emanating from beneath the coils to reinforce the cosmic theme. Geometric decorative elements, including small diamond and triangular forms, are scattered across the field to represent stars.
