Obverse description The obverse is dominated by a bold juxtaposition of a bull and a bear, the two iconic symbols of financial markets, facing each other across a stylised stock-market chart line that bisects the field diagonally. The bull, rendered in fine relief against a frosted background on the left, faces right with head lowered, while the bear, depicted in deeper relief with contrasting polished surfaces on the right, faces left with jaws open. At lower centre, the GSE monogram within a circular device is accompanied by the legend GLOBAL STOCK EXCHANGE. In the upper right quadrant, a small inset coin design features the arms of Guinea with the circular legend RÉPUBLIQUE DE GUINÉE, the date 2025, and the denomination 2000 FRANCS GUINÉENS.

Reverse description The reverse depicts a stylised architectural rendering of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange building, shown as a curved grid facade occupying the left and upper portions of the field, with the JSE logotype inscribed at upper left. At lower centre, a detailed engraving of a springbok head is presented within a circular frame, evoking South African heritage and the JSE's identity. The polished field to the right provides strong contrast against the frosted architectural elements. The legend 1 G .9999 FINEST GOLD arcs along the upper right rim, with JOHANNESBURG inscribed in the right field.
