| Additional information |
The BEAC issues commemorative silver under a licensing arrangement that allows private minting companies — typically European — to design and distribute pieces that the issuing central bank approves but rarely initiates. This "Dryad" release belongs to a wave of nature-themed collector coins that flooded the market in the early 2020s, most struck at mints in Poland or the Czech Republic on behalf of African monetary authorities whose member states see little if any of the actual production.
KM#1061 is a 2026-dated issue, not yet in general circulation at time of cataloging.
