Obverse description Intaglio vignette of the Adomi Bridge spanning the Volta River occupies the right portion of the note, rendered in fine line engraving against a multicolour guilloche underprint. The Ghanaian coat of arms, enclosed within an ornate lathe-work medallion, appears at lower left alongside the Governor's signature and issue date. Decorative kente-style geometric borders frame both lateral margins, with the denomination numeral '2000' repeated in large format at lower left and upper right.
