Obverse description At center, the crowned Polish eagle — the national arms of the Polish People's Republic — is depicted facing forward with wings spread and talons grasping, rendered in high relief with fine feather detailing. The date 1984 is split to either side of the eagle's body at mid-field, with '19' to the left and '84' to the right. The circular legend 'POLSKA RZECZPOSPOLITA LUDOWA' runs along the upper periphery in Latin characters. At the lower portion of the field, the denomination '200' is prominently displayed in large numerals, flanked by the currency abbreviation 'ZŁ' on each side.
