Obverse description The Polish state eagle — the crowned white eagle with wings displayed, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field — occupies the center of the obverse. The date 1981 appears flanked on either side of the eagle's talons, with the mint mark below. The circular legend POLSKA RZECZPOSPOLITA LUDOWA arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination ZŁ 200 ZŁ is inscribed in large bold numerals across the lower portion of the field.
