| Obverse description | Central field features the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan — a shanyrak (the upper dome of a yurt) with sun rays radiating outward, flanked by mythical winged horses (tulpars), set above crossed ears of wheat and a five-pointed star. The emblem is rendered in high relief within a decorative ring of traditional Kazakh ornamental scrollwork. The circular legend reads 'QAZAQSTAN RESPÝBLIKASY' on the left and 'REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN' on the right, with the date '2020' at top and the denomination '200 TEŃGE' at the bottom. The KMC mint mark appears in the lower field. |

| Reverse description | A large, highly detailed facing portrait of a stag (male deer) dominates the field, with its impressive multi-tined antlers extending to the rim. The right side of the design — encompassing the antlers, head and neck — is selectively gilded in gold, while the left half remains in silver-toned copper-nickel, creating a striking two-tone artistic effect. Traditional Kazakh decorative scrollwork and stylized animal motifs fill the flanking fields on either side. The inscription 'BUǴY' (meaning 'deer' in Kazakh) appears in a cartouche at the upper portion of the field above the stag's head. |
