Obverse description Traditional Nepalese yantra-style design featuring a central square divided into four quadrants, each bearing a word of the royal name in Devanagari script: श्री५ बीरेन्द्र / वीर / विक्रम / शाह / देव, with a small hand symbol at the centre intersection. The legend श्री श्री appears at the top of the central panel. Decorative floral and foliate ornaments occupy the four corner lobes of the outer border, and the Nepalese Vikrama Samvat date २०४४ (2044) is inscribed at the base. The entire design is framed by a beaded border.
