To the left, a bust portrait of Peter the Great is presented, beneath which the inscription ПЕТР I ОСНОВАТЕЛЬ (PETER I THE FOUNDER) appears. In the lower field, a scatter of historical and contemporary coins is rendered in relief. To the right, the commemorative inscription 275 ЛЕТ (275 YEARS) is displayed in two lines, accompanied by the badge of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland and the mint mark СПМД.
