Obverse description Central vignette presents a portrait of Count Pyotr Alexandrovich Rumyantsev-Zadunaisky (1725–1796), the celebrated Russian field marshal who governed Little Russia under Empress Catherine the Great. The portrait is set against a fine guilloche underprint with denomination numerals and bank title inscriptions in Cyrillic, Ukrainian, and Moldovan scripts arranged across the face.
