Obverse description Central vignette of King Ferdinand I set above the crowned and supported Romanian state arms at centre, framed by guilloche ornamental borders. The MF monogram of the Ministerul Finanțelor appears in decorative cartouches at left and right. Denomination and issuer inscriptions are arranged around the central design with the motto NIHIL SINE DEO present.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in orange-red on plain paper, with the large numeral 200 as the central vignette set within an elaborate guilloche rosette. The issuer name ROMANIA appears at the top and MINISTERUL FINANTELOR is inscribed below it, flanked by symmetrical ornamental guilloche borders and corner rosettes. The denomination DOUA SUTE LEI is displayed in a cartouche along the lower portion, above a panel bearing the anti-counterfeiting warning text. Punch-cancellation holes are visible, consistent with a trial or specimen piece.
