Obverse description The obverse depicts a detailed architectural rendering of the Gothic Cistercian monastery church of Vyšší Brod, its slender spires and buttressed nave occupying the lower left of the field. To the upper right, a heraldic shield bearing the five-petalled Rosenberg rose is displayed in high relief, bisected by a vertical line recalling the divided Rosenberg coat of arms. The engraver's initials appear discreetly above the shield. The curved legend ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA arcs along the upper rim, while the denomination 200 Kč and the inscription KLÁŠTER VYŠŠÍ BROD appear along the right and lower right periphery respectively.

Reverse description The reverse presents a finely engraved portrait bust of Petr Vok of Rosenberg facing slightly left, rendered in a realist style characteristic of late Renaissance portraiture. The subject is depicted as an elderly bearded man wearing an elaborate ruffled lace collar typical of Bohemian aristocratic dress of the early seventeenth century. The engraver's monogram is visible to the lower left of the field. The legend PETR VOK Z ROŽMBERKA curves along the upper right, with the commemorative dates 1611·2011 inscribed vertically along the right rim, marking the four-hundredth anniversary of his death.
