Obverse description The quartered coat of arms of the Czech Republic occupies the central field, featuring the Bohemian lion, the Moravian eagle, and the Silesian eagle in their respective quarters, rendered in high relief. Below the shield, a fragment of musical notation — an allusion to Janáček's compositional legacy — is engraved across the lower field. The circular legend ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA runs along the left and lower periphery, with the denomination 200 Kč and the mint year 2004 disposed to the right. The mint mark of the Czech Mint (ČM) appears above the shield near the upper rim.
