Reverse description The reverse depicts a large football (soccer ball) dominating the central field, rendered in high relief with distinctive pentagonal panel detailing. Atop the ball, at the right, a crowned rampant lion — the heraldic symbol of Bohemia — is shown in dynamic relief, holding a shield. To the upper left of the ball, the commemorative dates '1901' and '2001' are inscribed in two stacked lines, marking the centenary of the Czech Football Association, with the engraver's initials 'MB' below. The curved legend 'ČESKÝ FOTBALOVÝ SVAZ' arcs along the lower rim of the coin.
