| Obverse description | The obverse of this tag-shaped silver flan features two ornate circular guilloche rosette motifs — one larger at upper right and one partially visible at lower center — rendered in fine concentric rings and radiating petal-like elements against a textured matte field. A suspension loop with a ring is integrated at the top of the piece. The legend REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN / 200 FRANCS / CFA / 2018 is inscribed in capital Latin lettering across the lower central field, below the upper rosette. |

| Reverse description | The reverse bears a vivid full-color effigy of the ancient Egyptian queen Nefertiti in half-length bust facing half-left, rendered in polychrome enamel applied coloring. She wears her iconic flat-topped blue crown with yellow band and red-and-turquoise banding, and a broad multicolored usekh collar necklace across her shoulders. The background features the same concentric guilloche circular design as the obverse, rendered in uncolored relief silver, with the bust of Nefertiti overlapping it toward the right side of the flan. The overall composition presents a striking contrast between the colored portrait and the bright mirrored silver guilloche field. |
