Reverse description High-relief depiction of a kookaburra in dynamic flight, wings fully extended and minutely detailed with individually rendered feathers, gripping a writhing snake in its talons. The bird is shown launching upward from a rocky outcrop rendered in the lower field, its beak open and eye sharply defined. The stylised legend KOOKABURRA arcs along the upper border in decorative serif lettering. To the left, the inscriptions 2024, 2oz, and 9999 GOLD appear in small incuse text, while the Perth Mint's special release designation P125 is positioned to the lower right. The engraver's initials SR appear in the lower left field near the rocky base.
