Obverse description Central field features the Polish state eagle with spread wings, facing forward, displayed with a crown, rendered in the modern heraldic style adopted by the Third Polish Republic. The denomination 200000 ZŁ appears in large numerals along the lower portion of the field, flanked by the ZŁ currency abbreviation on each side. The date 1991 is inscribed in two parts flanking the eagle's body at mid-field. The circular legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA runs along the upper periphery, separated by decorative dots. The mint mark MW appears below the eagle.

Reverse description Central design depicts a downhill skier in dynamic racing posture, leaning into a slalom gate, rendered in high relief against a stippled background. To the right, a decorative panel features stylized snowflake motifs framed within a rectangular border. The word PRÓBA, indicating trial or pattern status, is inscribed in small letters to the right of the central scene. The inscription 1992 ALBERTVILLE arcs prominently across the upper field, with ZIMOWE IGRZYSKA OLIMPIJSKIE (Winter Olympic Games) arranged vertically along the left side. The Roman numeral XVI, denoting the sixteenth Winter Olympiad, appears to the upper left.
