| Reverse description | The reverse presents a faithful high-relief reproduction of the obverse of the original Thaler of Władysław IV Vasa, depicting the crowned and armored bust of the king facing right, rendered in the baroque portrait style characteristic of seventeenth-century Polish coinage. The king wears an ornate cuirass and a richly decorated collar, with a royal crown above his head. The surrounding legend, arranged in two arcs along the inner border, reads TALAR WŁADYSŁAWA IV to the left and VLA:IIII:D:G:REX: to the right, replicating the Latin titulature of the original taler. The entire design is rendered within a raised beaded border, faithfully evoking the numismatic artistry of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. |
