| Obverse description | Central circular field bearing a snow lion passant left in relief, with Tibetan legend above and below the animal. The central device is surrounded by an inner beaded border, beyond which eight Buddhist auspicious symbols (Ashtamangala) are arranged in the outer ring, including a parasol, conch shell, treasure vase, victory banner, dharma wheel, pair of golden fish, endless knot, and lotus flower. The coin is bordered by a beaded rim. |
