Obverse description Central shield bearing the Danish royal arms with three crowned lions passant arranged in two rows amid hearts, rendered in detailed relief. The escutcheon is surmounted by a large royal crown with cross finial, dominating the upper field. The entire device is set within a plain field bordered by a raised beaded inner rim. No legend appears on this face, the heraldic composition occupying the full design area.
