Obverse description Central round hole encircled by a raised ornamental ring bearing intricate scrolling foliate motifs in traditional Thai decorative style. Surrounding the central ring is a broad field filled with a radiating sunburst pattern composed of stylized flame-like and geometric elements rendered in high relief. The Thai Buddhist Era date in Thai numerals (๒๔๘๕) is inscribed within the decorative border at the top of the coin.

Reverse description Central round hole surrounded by a raised ornamental ring of elegant scrolling foliate arabesques in traditional Thai craftsmanship. Above the central hole, a stylized Thai royal pavilion or temple pediment motif is depicted in high relief, flanked by mythological flame designs. The denomination '๒๐' (20) appears to the left and right of the central motif, and the legend '๒๐ สต. รัฐบาลไทย' (20 Satang, Royal Thai Government) is inscribed along the lower portion of the coin within the decorative border.
