Obverse descriptionAt the top – the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; in the center of the coin within the circle – the image of a fragment of the non-reversible molded belt produced by the manufactory of Slutsk (1780–1807) and exhibited in the National Museum of History and Culture of Belarus; the belt’s fragment is reproduced with the help of pad-printing technique); at the top along the rim an inscription: РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); on the left – the year of issue, on the right – alloy standard, on the bottom – denomination: 20 РУБЛЁЎ (20 RUBLES).
