| Obverse description | At center, a detailed relief reconstruction of the ancient fortified settlement of Izyaslavl (present-day Zaslavl) as it appeared during the era of Princess Rogneda. The State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus is depicted in relief at the upper portion of the field. A circular legend reading 'РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ' (Republic of Belarus) runs along the upper rim, while the lower portion of the field bears the year of issue, the alloy standard designation 'Ag 925', and the face value '20 РУБЛЁЎ' (20 Roubles). |
