Obverse description Central vignette of the State Duma building in Moscow (Государственная Дума) rendered in fine engraved line work, set within an ornate frame with foliate border and guilloche underprint. Serial number appears twice in the upper margin alongside series designation «IV серія». The note is a repurposed 5% Liberty Loan bond (Заёмъ Свободы) of 20 roubles nominal value, dated 27 March 1917 in Petrograd, overprinted or perforated for use by the Chaikovskiy Government in Northern Russia.
