Reverse description Within a raised ornamental beaded border, the denomination numeral '٢٠' (20) appears in large Arabic-Indic digits at center, with the word 'ريال' (Rials) inscribed below in Arabic script. A circular Arabic commemorative legend reading 'عشرون عاماً لنهضة عُمان المباركة' (Twenty Years of Oman's Blessed Renaissance) surrounds the beaded circle. Two palm fronds flank the lower field, and the dual dates '١٤١١ - ١٣٩٠' (AH 1411 / 1390 Solar Hijri, corresponding to 1990) appear in the exergue.
